Marketing Floor Plans
We produce high quality floor plans in one of the two formats that are used by Estate and Letting Agents.
Floor plans give potential buyers or tenants a great introduction when considering a property to buy or rent, and have been proven to assist in the sale or rental process.
Floor plans are produced at two levels of detail:
Plan A :
Supplied showing room names, bathroom & kitchen fittings, doors, windows, skylights, wardrobes, cupboards, chimney breasts, attached conservatories.
Plan B :
Room outlines, room names, doors, windows, skylights,chimney breasts and attached conservatories. Room fitment detail is not included.
Room measurements(in imperial or metric ) and approx floor areas are included as standard.
Any floor plans are delivered in jpg file format for web use or GIF format for printing.
Plans are all drawn in accordance with RICS Code of Measuring Practice
An instruction for a floor plan will include the main building and any attached garage, conservatory, lean to etc., but do not include any seperate buildings.
Any seperate buildings can be included for an additional charge.
